Your message is for answering you, nothing else.
This notice covers the public Amaan website and its contact forms. Your insurance records stay inside the protected Amaan systems and are not collected here.
What we collect
When you send a form, we collect your name, email address, the kind of enquiry, your preferred reply language, your message and, for employers, your company and approximate workforce size.
Why we use it
We use these details only to understand your request, reply to you and protect the form from abuse. Do not include ID numbers, one-time codes, PINs, bank details or medical information.
Where it is kept
Submissions are encrypted and stored privately in Google Cloud in Qatar. They are not placed in public analytics, advertising systems or immutable audit records. Cloudflare checks the form for automated abuse.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you become a customer or employer partner, information needed for that relationship is handled under the documents and notices provided to you then.
Your choices
You do not have to use the website form. Existing customers can request support from inside the Amaan app. You may also ask Amaan to correct or delete a website enquiry when we contact you.
Safety reminder
Amaan will never ask for a verification code, PIN, bank password or payment details in response to a website enquiry.
